The service
Amortiza Loan Planner is a free tool provided by Zovo for use inside ChatGPT and other MCP clients. Amortiza Loan Planner is a mortgage calculator and amortization calculator for ChatGPT. It computes the exact periodic payment to the cent, builds the full amortization schedule with a CSV export, shows how much interest and time extra payments save, breaks a mortgage payment into principal, interest, taxes, insurance, HOA and PMI, and compares up to four loans side by side with a break-even month for discount points. It runs deterministic calculations only; it does not quote rates, check credit, or recommend lenders.

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt or overload the service.
